I booked and paid for a portable mobility scooter. I have MS and my mum is 78. Mum wanted to go to Barcelona on a trip so the scooter was the best idea to save her legs. We didn’t get a portable one. Once we knew the coach would not take a mobility scooter I asked to change to the tandem one, they said no. I asked to return it and get a refund for the remaining days, they said no. They say the photo of the portable scooter is just a generic photo used but regardless of that I booked portable and didn’t get what I paid for. They say September is their peak time, I’ve been down by the beach promenade today for about an hour and didn’t see any other mobility scooters. If this is busy I’d like to see slow! Very disappointed with their the product and their attitude. I will raise a dispute with my card issuer when I get home
